We warmly welcome the return of Stormont Parliament.

We look forward to working with Minister Robin Swann and all political parties to save and improve the lives of the 225,000 people living with heart and circulatory conditions.

Our new executive has a real opportunity to take a new strategic approach to heart disease, which remains Northern Ireland’s biggest killer.

In the coming weeks and months, we will work with health decision makers to ensure that heart care is prioritized and protected.

We also want to identify priorities for women’s health strategies to address inequalities in heart and circulatory health care.
