New powers will be introduced to restrict the flavors of e-cigarettes sold specifically to children and ensure manufacturers produce simpler, less visually appealing packaging. This power would allow the government to change how e-cigarettes are displayed in stores, ensuring they are not advertised in a way that appeals to children.

The UK Government, Scotland and Wales also today announced a ban on the use of disposable e-cigarettes across the UK to protect children’s health.
