Sharon Pamplin is Over 30 years of consulting experience, work and the role of human resources. She joined us from Lloyd’s Register, A global professional services company specializing in engineering and technology for the maritime industry..

Sharon joins LR from Deloitte, where she was a partner, and previously held HR director roles at Atkins, Hayes plc and LV=. She also led business transformation, talent Incentive programs for both the public and private sectors in the UK and internationally.

The new trustees will serve as part of the board that will run the charity over the coming months.
